Please review the following fine print before completing the Registration Form below:
- All purchase proceeds are final!
- In the price of your ticket is an option for a box lunch. You have the choice of a Vegetarian, Meat or No Lunch option. Please note that we will not be selling any additional lunches on the day of the event.
- Bay Area ICF Chapter members can save additional money off the ticket price. So be sure and contact your chapter president for the chapter discount Promo Code. You should enter this code in the Promo Code field found in the Event Attendee Information area at the bottom of the Registration Form.
- If you later realize that you could have entered a Promo Code, we reserve the right to not issue the savings provided by the Promo Code. If for some reason we determine that a refund was issued erroneously or that a discount was not provided accurately, we will work with you to find a solution.
- The latest information about the day of the event, current schedule, and the program itself can always be found on the Event Program page.

Registration Form
NOTE: Upon completing the Registration Form, you will be sent a confirmation email and redirected to a payment page. Here you will be presented with an option to pay by Check, or by Credit Card via PayPal. Please note that a PayPal account is not needed but you will be sent to the PayPal website to complete the transaction. If for some reason, you are unable to complete the payment process, you should see a link in the Registration confirmation email to help you complete your payment.
